Pennsylvania Mountain – 13,006 ft. – February 11, 2010

My good friends from college were visiting the great state of Colorado from Chicago to get a taste of wintertime in the mountains, so I took a couple of days off work and headed out to stay with them for a couple nights, drink some booze, and maybe climb a mountain or two.

Pennsylvania Mine via Peru Creek Trail Snowshoe – January 9, 2010

I took a short weekend trip with some friends out to Keystone, CO to celebrate some birthdays. While the rest of the crew went skiing all day Saturday, I headed out for a beautiful snowshoe down Peru Creek to visit the remnants of the Pennsylvania Mine.
